Eliav-Sartawi Awards for Middle Eastern Journalism

Search for Common GroundSearch for Common Ground (SFCG) requests submissions for this annual competition to recognise and encourage journalism that contributes to a better understanding among people and to maintaining political dialogue in the Middle East.

Awards will be offered for articles published between April 1, 2004 and April 15, 2005 in Arab, Israeli, or Western publications. Articles submitted for consideration will be reviewed by distinguished international panels of judges. Winners in each category will receive a monetary award of 1,000 Euro. An Awards Ceremony will be organised in Brussels in September 2005.
